It was made to my measurements but features a shirred waist that allows some stretch. Waist is about 32in laid flat, and length is about 27in. This is a high waisted skirt. Comes with 3 detachable bows.
Really beautiful skirt but i just don't wear it so i've decided to let it go. It's a very nice velvety material
