Vintage Mattel Charming Chatty Cathy 24-inch in her original sailor outfit and shoes. She has blonde hair and blue side glancing eyes with upper eyelashes. She stands approx 24 inches. Included are her discs for talking when you pull her cord. It does work but you it is muffled. It may just need some adjusting. She comes with 10 records, a night gown outfit, blue coat outfit with a hat, and airline bag (I think this goes with her.), and another outfit that I think is hers. This doll is in fantastic shape with no marks or chews. Circa:1961
